Rectangular Steam Sterilizer
It is specifically designed for sterilization of hospital goods like surgical equipment, instruments, utensils etc.
- Instruments come out dry after the cycle.
- Low water level protection for heaters.
- Pressure lock device for the door.
- First Cycle: 35 mins. 20 mins. Preheating time, 15 mins. Actual time. Subsequent – 09 mins.
- End ring hydraulically formed without joints to sustain required pressure. All other joints Argon Arc welded.
- Unique MULTIPORT VALVE located at the top. Controls all operations manually.
- Two safety valves (dead wt. & spring loaded) and a pressure switch provided to prevent accidental pressure build up.
- Works on 134°C at 32 psi (2.1 kgf/cm2).
- Hydrostatically tested 2 times the working pressure.
- Best suited for rapid sterilization of instruments for Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro and Urology.
- Vacuum Pump provided along with the unit.

ETO Sterilizer
ETO Sterilizer effectively destroys microorganisms and also the resistant bacteria.
- Three trays of S.S.304 will be provided for easy loading of material.
- Locking System: Manual safety lock provided on door.
- Inside Wall: S.S. 304.
- Door: S.S. 304.
- Outside Wall: Required heating arrangement for maintaining temp. in chamber will be provided. It will be properly insulated and covered.
- Safety Valve provided for release of gas outside the chamber, if pressure inside chamber increases beyond 20 psi.
- Temperature indicator: Range - 0 to 100°C.
- Pressure Indicator: Range - 28" vacuum to 30 psi.
- Vacuum System: Vacuuming is achieved using vacuum pump.
- Exhaust & Air Break: Exhaust for sterilizer chamber gases is provided. For vacuum break, air suction is provided through filter.
- Provided With 1 No Eto/Co2 Cylinder (30 Kg Capacity )

ETO Sterilizer Cartridge Auto
It has a large sterilization capacity and is non corrosive. Therefore, can easily sterilize plastic, metal and rubber made materials easily.
- Automatic Microprocessor Controlled ETO Sterilizer.
- LCD display for Cycle Progress (i.e. Temperature, Vacuum Pressure, Cycle Phase, Set Values, Current Values with Contents of Time).
- The puncturing of 100% EO cartridge automatic after success of a leak test status.
- This system has built in water spray system for Humidification.
- It will be a stand alone unit. Chamber, Door made of stainless steel 316.
- The Sterilizer capable of operating with 100% pure EO cartridge.
- The sterilization temperature range will be 35°C to 60°C.
- Door will be single lock system.
- The system will have secondary door lock system to prevent accidental opening of door during the sterilization process.
